Description

Opening the Members panel (right-side) works as expected when tapping the Members button. However, tapping the Members button again to close the panel does not work. The panel briefly flickers as if it closed, then immediately reopens and repeats every time it's clicked.

If the Members button is press-and-held, the panel will stay closed only while the button is held down, but it reopens as soon as the press is released. If it's pressed and held, then drag down on the screen as if to refresh and then drag up to cancel the refresh, the members tab will close, but the problem repeats once the members button is clicked again.

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to Empirian Hall and open a channel
Tap the Members button (top right) to open the Members panel
Tap the Members button again to close the Members panel
The panel flickers closed and immediately reopens
Press and hold the Members button
The panel stays closed only while holding the button, then reopens when released

Expected Behavior

Tapping the Members button should toggle the Members panel open and closed
The Members panel should remain closed after tapping the button to close it

Actual Behavior

Tapping the Members button to close the panel causes a brief flicker as it closes then immediately reopens
The panel never stays closed using a normal tap
Press-and-hold temporarily keeps it closed, but it reopens on release
